I used to believe that life was about directing my destiny. Then I discovered that the destiny I receive is totally thrilling, exciting, exhilarating in every way. Every challenge brings with it the opportunity to release myself from the internal patterns of suffering that I have produced in my attempts to direct my destiny.
There is action aimed at outcomes that is involved in accepting my destiny. But that action is what I want to do, and what I can do in the present. The opportunities for taking action toward desired outcomes are part of the destiny that we all receive.
All we ever really want is the full relaxation into the present moment that fills us with peace, joy, love and fulfillment. This happens as we release ourselves from thought and from the struggle to get our lives to match what we think we want or need to happen for us to be fulfilled.
You have right now the opportunity to experience all the ecstasy your heart desires. You don’t have to put your ecstasy on hold until you manifest this or that condition in your future. Your ecstasy will elude you there the same way that it eludes you here. Wherever you are, relax, let go and experience the positive joy at the core of being. In this way you accept the destiny that you really desire.
